It is a description of the territory in digital form designed for a basic scale ranging from 1:50,000 to 1:100,000. Its decametric accuracy, and the complete and structured information it presents, give it a role of a national homogeneous repository, adapted to the needs of users of geographic information on a national, regional or departmental scale
