According to the law, it concerns a wide range of information on: environmental status; factors affecting environmental status (the sources of pollution or nuisance); administrative or individual measures and actions that may affect the environment, human health status and safety (including food) and the living conditions of people; cultural sites (provided that they are or may be affected by the environmental status) and reports on the implementation of environmental legislation, as well as cost-benefit analyses and other economic analyses. This information may be available in a written, visual or audio form, in electronic or paper versions: this includes emails, letters, reports and other documents, but also manuscripts, databases, GIS layers, photos, videos, etc.
