Guidance document for part of the territory which is a geographical and marine unit. It has related, competing or complementary interests as regards coastal protection, exploitation and development. Sea development plans (SMVM), established by the Coastal Law 86/2 of 3 January 1986, must be approved by decree of the Council of State.Source
