Service network

All public facilities (pipes and ancillary structures) that transport drinking water from treatment plants to connection points for subscribers or public facilities (such as fire hydrants, sprinklers, cleaning facilities, etc.) and to wholesale water delivery points, either by gravity or under pressure. It consists of reservoirs, hydraulic equipment, transfer pipes and distribution pipes, but does not include connections.
