Science that studies the ecological consequences of physical, chemical pollution   or biological, regarding microbial communities, and the many functions they perform in ecosystems, as well as the   role   of & nbsp; microorganisms   in & nbsp; the   dynamics   of   pollutants   (source,   transfer,   degradation, transformation). Microbial eco-toxicology (Ecotoxicomic) is an emerging science that responds to a strong political and societal demand in relation to environmental concerns (pollution removal, indicators of the status of an ecosystem) and public health.
