Hydrological gauging station

Measuring station located on streams with natural flow regime (including glacial or groundwater regimes). Watercourses, even strongly influenced, also fall into this category. Non-hydrological gauging stations are those located on rivers whose regime is totally artificial (irrigation canal, power canal, diversion canal, etc).
