Control of all waters intended for use and having an impact on public health (drinking water, bathing, watering, etc), which checks their compliance with regulatory requirements in terms of consumption or human and animal hygiene (WHO standards, etc). The sample locations and analytical reference methods used for this control are determined by the national competent authorities (Ministries for Health, Agriculture, etc).
