Along the borders of a maritime State, it designates the broken line, defined by the Government, joining together the most advanced land areas. The limits of territorial waters (6 miles), the exclusive fishing zone (12 miles) and the Exclusive Economic Zone - EEZ (200 miles) are plotted from this line.Source
