Police procedure demanding to individuals wishing to set up installations, structures, work and activities that have an impact on water and aquatic environments, to declare them above a certain level (limits of water withdrawals, discharges, size of fish farming enclosures, dredging, bed adjustment, etc). Beyond a higher level, these activities must receive an authorization.
