Authorization

An administrative police act that authorizes an activity or development (abstraction, discharge, work, etc) by laying out the conditions for business or implementation and allowing the administration to closely monitor it. Please refer in particular to "procedure" and "nomenclature" decrees that set out the thresholds at which a declaration or authorization procedure is used. The authorization involves establishing a document on the impact on aquatic environments and groundwater.
