Impact assessment document

According to the regulations and under the Water Act of 1992, a document showing, given the seasonal and climate variations, the impacts of the project on water resources, aquatic environments, flow, water level and quality, including runoff, and each of the elements mentioned in Article 2 of the Law of 3 January 1992 ... This document specifies, if applicable, the planned compensatory or remedial measures and the project's compatibility with the river basin management plan (SDAGE) or sub-basin management plan (SAGE) and the water quality objectives provided by the decree of 19 December 1991.
