National plan to address the concerns of the French people about the health consequences in the short and medium term of exposure to certain pollutants in their environment; the National Environmental Health Plan (PNSE) must integrate eco-toxicology and eco-epidemiology in conventional sanitary approaches. It covers the whole population and involves many stakeholders: Associations for Environmental Protection, Ministries of the Environment, Health, Labour, Agriculture, Economy, and many agencies and research teams.
