Operator of a classified facility

Any individual or entity that operates a classified facility (holder of the authorization order), as well as the person who has or has been granted decisive economic power over it, in accordance with Law No. 76/663 of 19 July 1976 and Decree No. 77/1133 of 21 September 1977.
