Service

On the website ‘services.eaufrance.fr’, the term ‘service’ refers to the scope of work entrusted by the organising authority to a single operator. The tasks performed may include, for a drinking water service, production, transfer and distribution, and for a sanitation service, collection, transport, treatment and, where applicable, non-collective sanitation. In addition to these tasks, customer management is generally also included.
