Installation defined in the "classified facility nomenclature" established by decree of the Council of State, based on the report of the Minister for classified facilities, after consulting the High Council of classified facilities. This decree requires these facilities to have an authorization or make a declaration depending on the severity of the hazards or disturbance that may be caused when they operate. Are subject to the provisions of the "classified facilities" law of 19 July 1976, the plants, workshops, warehouses, construction sites and generally facilities operated or owned by any natural or legal person, public or private, which may generate threats or disturbances either for the neighbourhood or for health, safety, public health, either for agriculture or for the protection of nature and the environment, or for the conservation of sites and monuments. The provisions of this law shall also apply to quarries according to Articles 1 and 4 of the Mining Code.
