Prefect’s classification order

Decision issued by the local competent authority (the prefect), intended for classifying mollusc farming areas according to their overall level of contamination. This health classification has a direct impact on the allowed use of the shells coming from those: direct human consumption or consumption after purification, relaying or suitable treatment.
